With 20 years of experience, Samora possesses a vast array of expertise in project management, financial management, corporate taxation, turnaround strategy and business development support.

She began her career as an Auditor for SARS. Her experience includes working for the SARS Large Business Centre and was involved in planning and conducting risk based audits on large manufacturing companies.

She later joined Kenako DBS and successfully executed a number of development projects for various clients including National Department of Tourism and Department of Environmental Affairs. Amongst other projects she was involved in the implementation of Local Economic Development project  and Enterprise Supplier Development Project. 

As a licensed Business Rescue Practitioner, she assists financially distressed companies with turnaround/ recovery strategies. She mentors SMMEs provides technical and business development guidance so that they grow and transition to enterprises that have sustainable profits. 

Samora is a qualified Business Accountant in Practice accredited with South African Institute of Business Accountants (SAIBA).

In her role as the Managing Member of Kenako DBS, Samora is responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction of the business, research market opportunities and identifying strategic partnerships.
